Do I have to pay sales tax?
	Currently you only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the state of Tennessee.
I have a question on my charges.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
	After receiving your items back we will credit your account within 24. Additionally will email you a confirmation receipt. How soon it shows up on your credit card or paypal account will solely be dependent on that particular company. Our experience over the years is that it will show up on the account within 48 hours.
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged just prior to shipment of your item. Due to the overall speed of our system this will generally happen immediately after you place the order.
