High quality at a reasonable price is what you get from Elk River Bowstrings. This string is designed to fit Recurve Bows with standard width limbs. Made from BCY B55 string material it is safe to use on any bow ever made. It is composed of 3 - 5 strand bundles twisted together and is served with BCY 400 nylon serving.

Compared to endless loop strings, flemish strings are built to be adjusted and are stronger at the tips while retaining greater flexibility. They're also quieter and look a lot nicer.

Strings should be ordered by string length not bow length. If you don't know the length of your bow string - generally a recurve bow will need a string 4" shorter than the bow is marked. IE: if your Recurve bow is marked AMO 62", a 58" bow string should fit.
These strings will fit bows up to 70# in draw weight.

* Note: Do not use any string wax that has silicone in it such as seal-tite wax on a flemish string. These waxes will MAKE A FLEMISHED STRING COME APART AT THE LOOP ENDS!
A good wax to use on these strings is Tex-Tite.
